I had a chap ring us who claimed he was representing O2 and was keen on selling us insurance. But honestly, it was clear as day that genuine O2 representatives would be calling from an O2 number. After a bit of a dance, he started insisting that he had all our details on file and asked us to confirm everything, including our card details. Naturally, we shut that down straight away!
