Left a voicemail after I missed the call - total scam! This has happened to me a few times now. The message says something like, “This is the Security Team calling. There were two transactions on your card today, one for £99 from Amazon and another for £799 from Zoom. We think these might be fraudulent as you’ve never used these services with this card before. If you want to approve these payments, press 1, or to speak with the bank’s security department, press 2. Cheers.” Definitely dodgy!
