My phone rang and when I picked up, a lady with an Indian accent immediately started talking, claiming she was from Amazon. It was difficult to hear properly because there was a lot of noise and people talking in the background. She told me someone had hacked my account and bought a brand new iPhone using it. She said she could fix it if I let her access my account. Then she tried to get info about my phone. I ended the call, and when I looked at my account afterwards, there was no sign of anything unusual. Definitely a scam.
