When you ask them for any info about your actual Amazon account, they get really rude and aggressive. They can’t give you any proper account details but then start asking for yours, including bank details to supposedly refund your Prime subscription. Don’t share any of your information with them! They keep switching to new 07877 numbers and calling from different lines. Stay sharp and block them straight away!

I got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon support, said they needed my bank details to process a refund. Don’t fall for it! I never shared my personal info or account numbers. Watch out for these fraudsters, they’re just trying to scam you. Never give out your info to calls like that!
