2 yearsI got a call from a bloke named Harrison who sounded pretty polished. Right away, he was pitching some ad space in a leaflet about mental health that supposedly goes out to schools and medical centres. I’ve come across these kind of scams before - once it was folks pretending to support ex-armed forces and a magazine with Witham in the title. They always ring from mobiles and if you block one number, they just text you from another. Honestly, if this was a proper charity, why on earth wouldn’t they be using a proper landline connected to a registered charity?
