I've had a few calls from EAC Repairs/Maintenance, and they've definitely left messages for me every time. Tried ringing them back through the council's main line, so I know it’s legit. It’s a bit odd though, they keep using different mobile numbers instead of a proper office or local number, which puts people off answering for sure.

Couple of blokes parked up outside my place in a plain white van for about 30 minutes. Got this call in the first 10 minutes they were outside. I blocked the number and messaged, but it's been 4 hours and no response. Just to be clear, I’m in Scotland, so these defo ain’t bailiffs or anything. I’ve checked this number 19 times before now, so thought I’d share my experience here.
