Honestly, one of the lamest scams I’ve ever had, but I’m sure it could fool a few folks.

I asked where he found my number and he said some street in Manchester. Then he started asking if I fancied a pom star. I wasn’t having any of it and pretty much told him to jog on in the rudest way possible.

Had a couple of calls from these lot recently. A bloke with what sounded like an Indian accent claimed he was from some "credit investigation bureau" and told me I had unpaid debts that were unsecured, threatening legal trouble. When I asked for the name of the creditor since I don’t owe anything, he just cut me off. Definitely feels like a dodgy scam.

got a call from some indian call centre, they were trying to scam me with nonsense about my personal debts being unsecured or whatever. i asked a few things they couldn’t really explain, so i just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from this number, some bloke with an accent who kept messing up my surname and first name. After he tried saying it like three times and I kept having to correct him, he suddenly went 'ooooh' and just ended the call. Strange behaviour.

The caller got really pushy, insisting I owed money to someone. When I asked who exactly, he snapped back with “you tell me.” He kept pressing me to admit if I owed anything or not, saying I had to answer yes or no. It felt dodgy, so I just ended the call. I’ve read about scams where they trap you by recording your responses and twisting them later to make it look like you agreed to something. Don't trust calls like that!
