Thankfully, we hung up before they could even ask for our banking details. When we reached out to the insurance company, they confirmed that this lot has nothing to do with them. Quite the dodgy situation, if you ask me!

We promptly ended the call before they could prattle on about needing our banking information. When we reached out to the actual insurance company, they assured us that these individuals were definitely not affiliated with them.
