I find this situation quite dubious, to say the least. We often receive numerous calls about advertising opportunities, yet none have ever mentioned a charity. Out of the blue, we supposedly agreed to a charge of £495 for something we don't even recall. When we tried to decline, it felt as though they were just going to defer the bill for the moment. Quite the alarming experience, I must say!
