I’ve recently had a rather troublesome experience with a call centre that insisted I press 1 to get through to a representative. They claimed my internet security had been breached and urged me to comply with their directives on my computer. Honestly, it’s infuriating dealing with these lowlifes - if only they could be publicly humiliated in a truly creative way. I reached out to O2 regarding the number, but they were utterly dismissive of my concerns and insisted it wasn't one associated with them. Yet I’m convinced it’s linked to them somehow.
