They called me two times over the past couple days, I ignored both. Now I’ve just blocked the number.

004784622627 Claimed to be BT but when I pressed 1, the bloke said he was from Amazon Prime. He called back a couple hours later and said he was with BT. When I asked him straight if he was BT or Amazon, he swore and hung up on me.

Honestly, forget the TPS - these scammers deserve a proper wake-up call. Don’t be soft on these nasty crooks - report them straight to ACTION FRAUD on 0300 123 2040 or visit their site at https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/login. If you only do one good thing today, let this be it!

07874822428 is just like those idiots I blocked on another line - 07874822420 and a load of other numbers they keep switching to. I never pick up numbers I don’t know, but these lot keep ringing no matter how many times I block them. So irritating!

Got a debt collector phonein me bang on 9am sharp, really brightened my Monday morning, didn’t it? Turned out my provider KINEX charges £2.99 monthly for anonymous call blocking, so I signed up. There’s this lass, Anita, who used to work in a call centre like that. She told me best thing is either to hang up right away, or keep them chatting for a good five minutes just to waste their time.

Debt collectors rang me exactly at 9 o’clock sharp first thing Monday - great start to the week, not! I discovered KINEX, my provider, offer a £2.99 monthly service that blocks unknown calls: I’ve signed up. Scammed, blocked and wiped off my phone. Are there any real phone companies that can do something about this?? How do these scammers even get hold of our numbers?? They’re preying on people who are already struggling for money!!! Sadly, I’m done with handling anything over the phone now, just can’t trust it. Legit firms must be losing business because of this. this number keeps ringing me, i had to block it but before I did, i sent them a message telling them to go take a long walk off a short pier and tell their mum the same. I’m proper annoyed with these calls, and what really bugs me is how this sort of thing keeps happening and nothing gets done about it. sorry for the swearin’, i’m just knackered from working nights and dealing with these people.

They rang me twice today. First time I was just about to have a nap, so I wasn’t impressed being disturbed. Nearly nodded off as well. Missed their call the first time. Gave it another go to get some kip, then the phone buzzes again, same annoying number. Picked up this time, just to hear some robotic woman saying "hello have you got debts." Gave it a cheeky swear and ended the call. Now I’m wide awake and proper annoyed.
