Got a call from someone pretending to be EE support, they said my phone number was picked for some exclusive upgrade deal. Pretty sure it wasn't really EE though, since they never do promotions like that or cold call, and they definitely wouldn't be calling from a regular mobile number. I reckon the caller ID is faked and they’re using some random person's mobile number without permission.
