Someone rang up pretending to be from EE, saying they wanted to give me a 40% discount if I confirmed my email. Thing is, I don’t even have a contract with EE, so I told them that and asked how they’d put a discount on a contract I don’t have. When I asked for proof of my customer details, they couldn’t provide any and just kept pushing me to give my email. Definitely felt dodgy to me.
