Got a call pretending to be from O2 saying my direct debit didn’t go through, but I'm on PAYG so that made no sense at all. Definitely a scam.

Received a call saying my O2 direct debit didn’t go through and they sent a link to fix it by entering bank info. Thing is, I’m on pay as you go, so clearly a scam!

Got a call late at night saying my direct debit hadn’t gone through and asked me to update my details. Seemed fishy to me.

Got a text pretending to be from O2 saying my last direct debit didn't go through and to update my details at some dodgy website or my services will be cut off. Total scam! I've never had an O2 account, not now nor in the past. Be careful out there!

Looks like a dodgy payment trick. Watch out, it’s definitely not legit.

I got a message saying my last payment to O2 didn’t go through but it came from a strange number, not the usual O2 one I see on texts. I checked the app and everything looked normal with my payments. Seems dodgy to me, so I wouldn’t trust that number at all - probably a scam.
