Didn’t bother answering since no genuine caller would ring at such odd hours. There’s an answerphone but as expected, no message was left. The caller said my name and talked about some life insurance with a firm I hadn’t heard of - something like “Scottish” but not Scottish Widows. I told him I’d never signed up for anything like that and he must have the wrong person. He quickly said, “Alright, I’ll remove your details from our files” and then hung up. I think he noticed I was a bit wary and didn’t want to push further. Seems like a scam to me, especially since it came from a mobile number.
