just got a call from some dodgy lot pretending to be the dvla - total scam! be careful and dont give them any info!

Got a weird call from someone pretending to be the DVLA, they kept going on about a 'last chance notice' or something. There was a link in the message but I didn’t click it, seemed really dodgy to me.

Got a text saying it was from the DVLA asking me to click on a link to check something about my tax disc. The URL looked something like tax-disc.gov.uk.d._. which seemed weird and definitely not legit! Be careful cos it’s a total scam!

Got a call from some bloke calling himself Tony the Bone, threatening to shatter my legs if I don’t fork out 500 quid. Honestly, I’d rather hand myself in to the local police than deal with that nonsense. (By ‘hand myself in’ I mean turn up at the police station willingly.)
