I got a voicemail saying, "Sorry we couldn't reach you. To arrange redelivery, please go to: ..." but the website address was just a date, which seemed really dodgy. When I checked who owns the domain, the details were hidden for privacy. Felt like a total scam to me.

Just got a text from this number about a parcel that was supposedly missed. Seems like a total scam to me, so don't give them any personal info they might ask for. Our regular Hermes delivery guy always rings the bell and never sends messages like that. Thought I’d share in case it’s useful to someone else!

Got a message asking me to visit a website that looked really dodgy, nothing like the usual Hermes tracking page. When I clicked, it asked me for my postcode, then my full name and DoB, and even my card info to pay for a redelivery fee. Total scam, don’t fall for it!
