Absolutely bogus, you can tell straight away becasue they never say who they are or which bank they supposedly represent. Real banks or card companies dont use automated calls for stuff like this. Don’t EVER dial any options they suggest, just end the call and blacklist the number immediately.

Got a call saying there was a payment made with my Visa for a train journey from London to Edinburgh. They told me if I didn’t know about it, to hit a certain button they mentioned. Seemed like a typical trick to me, probably trying to grab my card info or bank details. Classic scam stuff!

Another one of those bank scams, same old story... so boring now.

At first, I figured it was some kind of scam so I just ended the call and put the number on my block list.

Got a call just after 1pm on my landline which is registered with TPS, but nobody spoke or left any voicemail. Just silence on the other end.

Got a voicemail saying £600 was withdrawn from my bank and to press 1 if I didn’t approve it, total scam.
