I picked up the phone and there was this annoying pause before someone started talking. Then a woman said she was Mia from Amazon Prime and claimed I owed £29.99 and asked if I wanted to pay now. I told her I'd call Amazon myself (which of course I won’t, it’s a scam) and then just told her to buzz off and hung up straight away!
