I received a call earlier that left me rather puzzled. There was a lengthy pause before someone finally spoke up. When I inquired who it was, the lady introduced herself as Mia, claiming to be from Amazon Prime, insisting that I had an outstanding payment of £29.99. Naturally, I told her I’d be reaching out to Amazon myself (though I have no plans of doing so, as I could tell it was a scam) and firmly told her to shove off before hanging up!
