A person pretending to be from Amazon rang me saying there’s been some dodgy stuff on my account. They mentioned a Robert Williams trying to buy an iPhone 14 with my details. When I asked about a verification code they supposedly sent me on WhatsApp, they were really pushy about it. I asked why it wasn’t just an email but they insisted WhatsApp was their way of sending codes. They claimed they couldn't cancel anything until I gave them the code they’d sent me! Total scam if you ask me.
