I’ve been told that a surveyor from Warmer Homes is due to check my roof space tomorrow morning. But since the calls keep going to voicemail and I can’t actually speak to anyone, I’m thinking of refusing entry when they show up. Not too keen on letting someone in when I can’t confirm who they really are.

Got a call from some guy saying I had fibreglass in my home. I mentioned I’m on the telephone preference service and he just brushed it off like he didn’t know. No sorry or anything, but imagine if it was someone more vulnerable answering? Proper annoying.
