Somebody's got my landline number and I'm not very happy about it. The call went straight to my answerphone so I couldn't tell who it was. Green Energy keeps ringing non stop with numbers starting 02 on mobiles. It’s getting annoying and feels a bit dodgy. Might even be some sort of gov thing, given how hard it is to block all the different numbers they seem to use. Proper pain to deal with.

Got a call from this number today but luckily we use a BT Advanced Call Blocker, so any unknown number has to identify themselves before we pick up. Since they didn’t leave any message and after reading all the other comments, we decided to just block the number.

SCAM ALERT. Who legit uses a mobile to cold call folks these days? I installed BT call Protect, which is free, and it’s blocked over 500 calls in just 3 months. I’ve manually blocked about 80 more. I won’t be paying for a fancy call blocker, so I just keep my ansafone on all the time. Real callers usually leave a message about when they’ll ring again. Seriously fed up with these lot, they should be locked away.

01/08/18 @ 13:19. Got a recorded message from a lady about replacing windows. I hit 9 to stop any more calls, but from what I've seen before, I doubt it’ll make a difference. I’m on the TPS register. This whole thing really gets on my nerves and it’s a bit disrespectful to the firm that put in my windows just fine.

Got a call from this number just a little while ago. I never answer if the number’s unfamiliar. If they don’t bother leaving a message, it’s almost certainly dodgy and I’m not interested. After a few tries with no luck, they usually quit - till the next muppet rings and ends up on the same blacklist!

Get a t#### device - it makes callers identify themselves before your phone even rings. Most times, that puts them off, but you can still check who tried calling by looking at the online list. This number was one of quite a few blocked thanks to it. Since we got the t####, the annoying calls have stopped completely - beforehand, we were getting about 5 a day.

Got a call from 0787-172-5023 around 7:30 pm on 31 July 2018. I didn’t waste any time and blocked the number straight away by adding it to my blocked contacts. Funny thing is, I’m shelling out loads to British Telecom so only people I approve can reach me, but these blasted telemarketers still manage to sneak through. Proper frustrating!
