When I told them I’d only manage that through my account and that Amazon wouldn’t be making random calls like this, they got quite aggressive, saying stuff like “listen here miss, I’m from Amazon, trust me.” I told them straight up it was a scam, and the woman ended up swearing at me which kind of confirmed it was dodgy.
