I looked into it and found out this mobile number does actually belong to a Senior personal banker at NatWest, specifically based in their Rayleigh branch in Essex. Seems legit to me.

I got a call from Natwest recently. They say it was legit, maybe from a branch or an account manager or something. But honestly, getting a random call like that just feels dodgy, especially since the person didn't tell me their name or what part of the bank they were ringing from. I've told the bank about that because it just doesn’t sit right with me.

Someone rang me pretending to be from Natwest, telling me I could get £60 cashback if I visited a branch for a chat. They already had my name and email, which was odd. I told them I don't talk about banking stuff over the phone, and then they said they’d send me an email instead. It all felt a bit off since banks normally send letters. I’m planning to report it to Natwest just to be safe.

I saw a missed call today, 7th Oct 21, about half past eleven in the morning. Didn't pick up and there was no voicemail left. I think they've rung me once or twice a few months back too.

Got a call from someone saying they were from my bank, giving me advice about my finances. Then they asked for my bank details, which felt a bit off. Definitely seemed like a scam to me.
