Total scam, no doubt. Got a call supposedly from some bank’s security team (never tells you which bank) saying there were two dodgy payments made with my card - weirdly, it’s always the same number of transactions and always for Amazon. They don’t say if it’s my debit or credit card. Told me to hit 2 to chat with an agent but when I did, just got cut off and went to a dead line. Avoid these calls for sure.
