I've gotten calls and texts from people saying they're from a parcel delivery firm more than once. From what I know, if a courier tries to deliver something and you’re not home, they're supposed to leave a note letting you know they called - at least that's the law as far as I'm aware.

Got a call from a woman speaking bad English who said she was from the NHS. She started asking about my Covid jab and then went on with loads of other questions. When she started asking about my insurance details, I just cut the call. Definitely sounds like a phishing attempt to me.

Some bloke with a bit of an Indian accent, trying to sound less obvious, kept saying “alright” loads. He told me he was ringing from the “National Health Insurance”, supposedly linked to the NHS COVID-19 jab roll-out. Then he started probing about my household - how many adults and kids live here. He went further asking about my private health insurance details. I told him that stuff is private and can’t be shared. He said if I didn’t give the info, he’d have his supervisor and the police get involved! I told him I’d be reporting the whole thing to the UK Border Agency!

What a pointless call that was! The bloke kept wanting to ask me questions, but I told him I need to ask mine first. We kept going back and forth like that for ages, probably more than 10 minutes.
