7 monthsThis number rang me saying they were from BT and that my account was hacked, saying they had a report ready for me. I'm not even a BT customer but I pretended to go along with it. The woman claimed my router's security had changed from private to public and told me to look up BT Anydesk on Google Play. It actually took me to an app called Imperius remote desktop by Enter Software.
