If your phone has a call blocking option, you should definitely put 078 on your blocked area codes list. From what Ive heard, these could be linked to bank scam calls, but also 078 prefixes are used in WhatsApp scam attempts. It looks like lots of numbers starting with 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 0177, 019, 020, 075, 077, 078, and 079 are often dodgy too.
