Got a call from some robo claiming they're from the National Crime Investigation Bureau, saying they’re checking up on some crime tied to my NI number. They kept saying “Press 1 to proceed” or whatever. Of course, it was linked to a premium number that’d charge you loads if you actually did it. Seriously, don’t hit 1, just hang up straight away!
