Just got a call from someone claiming to be from the "Housing Disrepair Department" but it was definitely an automated voice. They spoke with a British accent and left strange pauses, trying to sound like a real person. Haven't come across one like this in ages, and I gotta say, the sound quality was pretty decent. If it weren’t for the weird pauses and the way they phrased things, I might’ve thought it was an actual person on the other end.

Loads of different numbers including this one have been calling me recently, all connected to some sort of claim I apparently have against my council for not fixing things during lockdown. I’d never actually try to take legal action over a repair that wasn’t done - my rent’s already ridiculous. Imagine that, getting sued and then told you’re getting evicted? No thanks, I’ve got enough stress. Although, thinking about it, maybe I could enter politics instead... sounds about as mad as anything else!

Oh definitely a spammer, kept ringing without leaving any message and the numbers all looked pretty alike.

This company keeps ringing me from loads of numbers that look almost the same. I’m getting about three or four calls every day, but they never leave a message. Seems dodgy to me, so I’ve just gone ahead and blocked them.
