Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon help, saying there was a dodgy order on my account. They kept trying all sorts of tricks to make me say “yes”. I caught on and avoided it by replying with phrases like “I am” or “that’s not right” instead. They looked proper keen to trap you into agreeing, which is why they’re so pushy about getting that “yes” out of you.
