Got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon Prime, telling me my subscription would automatically renew and that I needed to speak to someone if I wanted to cancel. At first, it was just a recorded message, but eventually, I reached a real person. The moment I asked them to verify details of my last order, they sounded annoyed.
