I picked up the phone and they just cut off straight away! Definitely a spam call!

This number has rung me a couple of times already, but I didn’t pick up because I think they’re probably trying to pitch me some kind of personal loan or insurance. Pretty sure it’s just one of those sales calls.

So this number rings me and when I pick up I say hello. The bloke on the line answers hello too. After a little pause I say hello once more, he does the same. We go back and forth like this a few times then he just ends the call. Really odd.

If it’s just a sales call, I usually just end it straight away.

Some lad with a strong Indian accent rang me, reckonin’ he was from some accident services club or summat. He said he’d got info about an accident I supposedly had. When I asked where he got it from, he mumbled something about the accident bureau department. Tried askin’ for a landline number so I could call back, but he just ended the call straightaway. Proper dodgy if you ask me.
