Got a call about a parking fine scam around the 2nd of October 2024. It was one of those dodgy PCN scams, claiming I’d been parked illegally. Definitely a trick to catch you out! Stay careful out there.

I got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, telling me I hadn’t settled my tax. They wanted me to press 1 to chat with someone about it. Seemed fishy to me so I didn’t do it.

Got a recorded voice saying I'd called the wrong number, which wasn’t true at all. Good thing it didn’t go through properly.
