Its just a firm trynna squeeze money outta ya. They switch up their name based on who they call. Sometimes they act like they’re a charity.

Then he sent me a couple of voicemails but they were all gibberish, I couldn’t understand a word. It felt really strange, and he just kept phoning me. Got a weird feeling this is just another scam call, you know the type - they ring you loads of times on different mobiles but never bother to leave a message. They always claim to be from organisations like CAB or HMRC. Quite annoying really.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from the credit investigation bureau tied to Citizens Advice. I told them I actually volunteer for the real Citizens Advice here in the UK, and they didn’t seem too pleased to hear that. Turns out, they have zero connection to the official charity. Pretty sure this scam should be stopped quick because the number actually leads back to Delhi.

Then I got another call from the same number, but a different bloke this time who called me an Irish b*****d. So yeah, I’ve blocked the lot now. What baffles me is how they even managed to get my number to start with.

Some bloke rang me claiming to be from citizens advice about some debts I supposedly owed. When I asked how he got my number, he just swore at me then suddenly said he was my dad and told me to speak to my mum. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

I told him I couldn’t catch what he was saying properly, and he just replied with something like I better listen or he’d come find me face to face. Quite sketchy if you ask me.
