Reading the comments here, it looks like they’re trying it on with pensioners, promising a discount on the TV Licence - yeah right, not with the BBC shelling out £250k a year to their stars!BBC2 yearsI got a few calls back to back from a woman saying she was from SKY. She kept saying they needed to replace my viewing card and asked for my bank info to confirm my identity. When I asked why, she claimed it was just standard procedure.
