Vanquis messaged me a couple of days ago asking about the payment plan I set up with a standing order. Then, the very next day, I get another text from the same number trying to sell me a different arrangement, even though I already sorted it. Now, they keep phoning me at all hours - either when I’m in work meetings or even late in the evening! I’ve blocked the number, but I’m sure they’ll just ring me from somewhere else soon enough.

VANQUIS!!!! They just keep going on, I missed one payment cos they never set up the direct debit monthly like I asked. I said I'd pay more the next month but they still haven’t stopped ringing! They’re calling me from dawn till dusk. I’m well fed up with this lot. Loads of texts from different numbers and about 5 or 6 letters in the post too. Seriously thinking of switching my phone number.

I’ve been in touch with a few people from Vanquis about my account but they keep bothering me. I reckon I’ve blocked like 20 different numbers already, they don’t even drop voicemails. If they did, maybe it’d be a bit different but I don’t pick up calls from unknown numbers anyway, yet they persist calling at the most odd times.

They keep ringin me every day even though the court already dealt with it 'cause of my bankruptcy. This awful company just won’t stop callin, even when they know I’m at work. They even try the cheeky move of calling at 3am when I’m asleep!

Vanquis, again! I get about 8 calls a day on my home phone and just as many on my mobile. They call from loads of different numbers, probably so you don’t block them easily. I’ve already sorted my account with them, but they just keep pestering me nonstop.

Vanquis bank just keeps ringing me non stop, all because I’m over my limit by like £13. They start at 7 in the morning and I even got a call as late as 10.30pm! They use loads of different numbers too, like they’re trying to trick you or something. Proper frustrating, and their customer service is rubbish too.

Vanquis ringing me up at 7 in the morning on a Sunday! It wasn’t even for me, just someone I used to know who must have missed a payment and left my number as a contact years ago. They don’t even introduce themselves properly, just “Hello, do you know ########...” which made me suspicious right away. Rude lot they are, and no matter how many times I ignore, they keep coming back with loads of different numbers. Proper annoying!

The lot called Vanquis are a right pain. Proper sneaky tricks, like ringing from loads of different numbers just to get through to you! I’ve lost count how many I’ve blocked on my phone. They even had the nerve to call me at 10am on a Sunday. Would be great if the FCA stepped in and stopped all this constant harrassment. Wish I never got a card with them at all! My balance’s way over the limit… guess what, just £24!! And they reckon that means they can keep pestering me with calls! What a bunch of muppets! Ugh!
