Said she was from the repair department and that I’d reported problems with mould and damage at my place. When I asked her to specify which repair team and who was in charge, she just kept pressing me about whether I’d actually made a complaint. I told her straight up she was a scammer and to never ring me again. Ended up blocking her number. Could hear loads of noise and chatting from a call centre behind her, and she spoke with a Liverpool accent - I’m all the way up here in Scotland!
