Just wanted to add to what others have said about Jenny Dufty. I’ve actually been into a Natwest branch myself and yes, Jenny Dufty works there for sure. I managed to get her business card while I was there. The details are legit. I never saved her number on my phone and got a call from it today, so I googled the number to check who it was. Then I spotted her card in my wallet and saw the number matched perfectly. Thought I’d share this so others aren’t confused.

Got a call off someone claiming to be Jenny Dufty from NatWest, but it was definitely a scam. They wanted to set up a chat to trick me into handing over my bank info. Just a heads up to everyone - watch out and don’t fall for it!
