Got a call today 04/08/20 from someone saying they were from Amazon Prime wanting to charge me £79! Definite scam - I’d just tell ’em to jog on, then block and report the number. Don’t fall for it!

Got a robocall claiming to be from "Amazon Prime" again. This isn't the first time, and even after blocking their number, they just ring from somewhere new each time. I reckon they’re using some random dialling method, probably just ringing everyone they can find. Best advice is to just ignore it and definitely don't press any number, or it could end up costing you a fortune. Really wish there was some sort of list providers could use to block these scammers right away! Older folks seem especially at risk with no real protection in place.
