She’s a senior accountant working at NatWest, I’m pretty sure she’s from the Reading branch. We had a video call arranged, and she seemed genuine, definitely not a scam. I usually go to the Woodley branch, but this lady is the real deal. She also explained why she uses a mobile number, which isn’t the usual thing for the bank.

I got a call from someone claiming to be Natasha Parkes, said she's a senior accountant at NatWest. Thing is, I’ve never even banked at that branch. I mentioned I’d just ring the branch in the morning to check, and she wanted to arrange a video call because apparently there were some mistakes with my account. I ended up ringing the fraud department myself and they told me everything was fine. The oddest part? She already knew my name. Proper strange.

They called me and said they were from Natwest in Reading, knew my name, and wanted to arrange a video call to talk about some offer I supposedly "could be missing out on". I do have an account with Natwest, though not that particular branch, so maybe it’s real. But honestly, getting a random call on my mobile asking for a video chat sounds fishy. If it’s not a scam, then Natwest really needs to rethink their marketing tactics.
