3 yearsI suspect this might have been a fraudulent call. The woman on the other end had an Asian accent and insisted that my internet had been compromised. She purported to be from BT Openreach, yet my internet service isn't even with BT! How bizarre!BT5 yearsI got a call from a bloke on 0743 who spoke with an Indian accent, said he was with BT Openreach and told me my internet had been hacked. He wanted me to give him details so he could fix this “hacking” issue and promised to install top security software afterwards. When I refused to share any info about my phone or anything else, he said my internet would be cut off. I just told him to go ahead then. He then said alright, have a good day!
