I rang the number back and a woman who sounded fairly local picked up. Pretty quickly though, the chat switched over to some spiel about helping homeowners with windows and doors. Just typical cold call rubbish, nothing more.

Didn’t pick up and they didn’t bother to leave any message either.

Got a call from a lady with a Scottish accent asking if my windows were over a decade old, saying there’s some sort of scheme to help replace them. I told her I’d just had new windows and a porch door fitted recently. She was quite polite and even called me by my first name - no idea where she got that from since it was on my landline and I’m ex-directory. Pretty sure this was a scam.
