Out of sheer curiosity, I attempted to contact them several more times, yet each attempt yielded the same frustrating outcome. In any case, I’m left completely in the dark regarding the caller's intentions, and it's likely I’ll never know. I’ve taken the precaution of blocking the number and reporting it as a potential scam, as I can’t help but suspect it was a spoofed number. This experience has certainly made me wary, and I think I'll be more cautious in the future about answering or returning calls from unknown numbers.
