Got a call on my landline from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT Broadband. I cut him off quick, telling him I already reported dodgy calls to BT, then he hung up sharpish. I thought BT stopped using call centres in India and only had them in the UK now. Sounds like just another scammer to me.

Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT Broadband. I cut him off right away and told him I’d already flagged up dodgy calls with BT. As soon as I said that, he hung up on me. I thought BT stopped using Indian call centres ages ago, only keeping it in the UK now. Sounds like just another scam trying to pass off as BT.
