Some bloke rang me from this number saying he’d come across a scrap of paper on the pavement with my name and address scribbled on it. I was like, why are you ringing me about that? He said in case someone picked it up and tried to break into my place. I then asked why he didn’t just chuck the paper in the bin or shred it. He stammered a bit, so I just ended the call. The whole thing seemed totally daft.
