Got a call from someone claiming they worked at a recruitment firm and wanted to switch our chat over to WhatsApp. Since I’ve been job hunting lately, I thought it might be genuine, so I asked for their name and which agency they were from. Instead, I was hit with an automated message pitching a job at TikTok - something I’d never even put an application in for - and they sent me a dodgy link. Honestly, don’t bother contacting that number, it's a complete waste of time.
