Got a voicemail pretending to be Amazon saying my Prime membership was up for renewal. They asked me to press 1 to speak to customer service, and then a bloke claimed he was from Amazon. When I asked for proof or some kind of confirmation, he just started spouting loads of technical stuff that didn’t really make sense. I eventually rang Amazon myself, and they told me it was a scam - they only get in touch if you’ve set up a callback with them first.
