I've modified the link here to prevent anyone from accidentally clicking on it. For the last few weeks, I've been bombarded with similar messages coming from various unknown numbers. This scam appears to aim at either tricking you into responding, which might rack up premium charges, or luring you to a dodgy link that could install malware. There’s also the possibility of them fishing for personal information. Stay vigilant, folks!

got a text on my phone claiming to be from argos, said i needed to click a link to sort out delivery for an order. problem is, i haven’t bought anything from argos recently. thought it was dodgy, so marked it as spam and just deleted it.

I got a text saying Regan would drop off my parcel sometime between 1:50 and 3:50pm (I was definitely expecting a delivery!), but no one showed up. I rang them and just got the voicemail. A couple of days later I messaged asking when they were gonna come because I still hadn’t got my parcel. Then I thought I’d look up the number on this site - wish I’d done that sooner!!
