Got a call from 07864343801 today. Some woman with an Indian accent, said her name was Olivia, claimed to be from BT. She told me someone had been messing about with the IP address linked to my email. When I asked for her surname, she just kept saying ‘Olivia’ over and over, wouldn’t give me a last name. Pretty clear that was a scam.

Received a missed call from 07864 824511, but I wasn’t quick enough to pick up. When I rang back, there was a brief pause with office background noises, then a bloke answered with just “hello.” I asked if he was the one who called me earlier, and he said, “not me, mate, I’m working.” I mentioned the call again and confirmed the number with him. He admitted it was his number but claimed to have no clue about the earlier call. Feels like he might be linked to some kind of scam, so be careful with that number.
